The pool and the bar was an excellent relaxation place when the sun was too hot to be walking around Athens.
I didn't like the breakfast, it gave me a stomach ache, the bread was hard and dry.
The rooms were clean
The hall ways smelt like cigarettes, and the staff were mostly sad , polite but not happy. I was looking forward to leaving.
it was over the road from larrisis station which is exactlywhat we needed.view of acropolis from top.
it was a bit tired looking.
We visited athens with my husband mainly for leisure and some shoppping.
This was my fifth or sixth time in the Oskar Hotel. I find it convenient when moving by Metro or train, as it is right opposite the Station.
It would have been marvelous if parking of hotel was free of charge.
very good price-quality ratio, location (opposite a metro station)
smelly siphon in the bathroom at night, wi-fi could be free or with better price
I stayed for 2 nights . The rooms was fine , but ....they have to give a better look at the lightenig in the room ....!!!!!!! Also , I cant beleive that I pay 5 euro for one and a half hour internet !!!!!!!!!!!.....that is wrong !!!!
The hotel was well located, near metro system. The lobby was very lovely.
The room was old and musty, needed updating. The buffet breakfast was nothing to brag about, no flavour and not much was offered.
the service, the room, the pool, the location
the breakfast can be improved
1.breakfast in the restaurant was very bad. 2. The swimming pool on the top floor, the size is too small and could not use because of time-limit(10:00am-20:00pm / this time, most of guest will be outside of hotel. 3. refrigerator in the room is not working.
safe, clean and good location
if including internet service will be better
The hotel allowed us to check-in early and the rooftop pool was clean.
The reception upon arrival was very cold and we were frowned upon. We were told that the hotel was fully booked before being asked whether we had a reservation. During our stay, the room door came off one of its hinges. Aircon was mediocre. The brochure and the website gives a false impression about the hotel interior. Breakfast was below average.
Its location. Even if it is not in the city centre, you just take the subway and as soon as you get out of the station, there it is!!Besides, the swimming-pool was quite pleasant with a view of the Acropoli.
The swimming-pool was closed one of the days and, even if they tell you you can go to the swimming-pool of another hotel near by, we think an entire day to clean the pool is a bit too much.
The hotel was close to the metro and suburban rail links, allowing us to travel to the Acropolas Museum, Acropolas and Plaka district. It has a pool and represents value for money accommodation.
The hotel is located in Oumonia, a very poor area of Athens. There is very limited restaurant availability in the immediate area. The Bookings.com website does not provide the full address and brought up this hotel as being nearby to Syntagma Square.
Proximity to the train station and subway station. A beautiful view of the city from the roof of the hotel
Breakfast poor and monotonous. Price of beer on the terrace of a small space in the city and the large beer revelation ...
